Writing during an incident
During a network outage, the reporter wrote two Markdown notes directly instead of using plan→apply. They asked for a shorter controlled logging command.
Evidence limit
This is one report. We have not independently replayed the complete OpenCode session, and it does not establish full compatibility. The Skill now has controlled quick logging and state freshness guidance; OpenCode has not been retested.
